We are a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of **synthetic biology**, **DNA/RNA nanotechnology**, and **targeted drug delivery**. Our mission is to develop programmable molecular systems for precision immunotherapy and intracellular control.

🔬 Research Focus

 Design of 2D and 3D nanostructures for delivering siRNA, aptamers, and proteins with spatial precision and responsiveness to tumor signals.

 Development of antibody-aptamer systems and synthetic RNA circuits for T cell activation only under tumor-specific conditions.

 <summary style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 16px;">3️⃣ Peptide-DNA Conjugates for Receptor Clustering</summary>
 Construction of self-assembling chains to activate death receptors (e.g., TRAIL-R) via pH-triggered ligand assembly in the tumor microenvironment.
