We are a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of **synthetic biology**, **DNA/RNA nanotechnology**, and **targeted drug delivery**.  
Our mission is to develop programmable molecular systems for precision immunotherapy and intracellular control.

  Development of antibody-aptamer systems and synthetic RNA circuits for T cell activation only under tumor-specific conditions.

  Construction of self-assembling chains to activate death receptors (e.g., TRAIL-R) via pH-triggered ligand assembly in the tumor microenvironment.
